There are lots of places to go here, parks and
beaches.
The fun never stops on the beaches. And there are
many
concerts in the parks through the year.
Going to the beach can be a challenge at times.
Lots of
traffic and as you go out route 60 you’ll come to
the infamous
traffic circle. Good luck negotiating it just be
careful try to stay in
the right hand lane. If you get into any of the middle
lanes you’ll
be unable to get out of the circle.
Once you get to the beaches there are plenty of
places to
park but the meters time is short. Many people get
tickets for expired meters. The police are always
there watching,
seams to be the best way for the local government
to get extra
money out of people. Bring lots of quarters and
always check
your parking meter, the police are! If we do go to
Clearwater Beach
we go to the north side of the island. It tends to
be a little less crowded.
